Cafe Absinthe

The entrance to Cafe Absinthe is a little tough find but it's well worth the search if you're looking for fine French dining. One of the neighborhood's earliest restaurants be prepared to enjoy an amazing meal.  The menu options range from seafood like scallops and pan-seared tilapia served in a beurre blanc sauce to leg of lamb.  The extensive wine list is well-suited to accompany the foie gras you may be having. Expect excellent service but expect to take your time.  This is a meal that really shouldn't be rushed.
