Pizano's Pizza and Pasta
Back in the day, Pizzeria Uno & Due were the
places to go in Chicago if you wanted to-die-for deep dish pizza. Rudy
Malnati Sr. opened his first restaurant, Pizzeria Uno, in 1943 and has
since been credited for developing the first deep dish pizza.
Since that time son Rudy Malnati Jr. has developed his own chain of pizza and pasta restaurants called Pizano's and the 5th location has opened in the space formerly the home of Crust at 2056 W. Division.
From what we've heard so far, the thin crust is a winner.
