Donut Fest Returns To Wicker Park

You sort of have to wonder how this hasn't happened sooner. But Donut Fest (Chicago's annual competition of deep-fried treats) will be back for its second year and will be hosted, once again, at Wicker Park's Chop Shop/1st Ward Events at 2033 W. North Avenue on January 25, 2015. Chicago restaurants submit their very best cruller, ring or long-john and compete against each other for the coveted title of "Best Donut in Chicago."  

2014 Participants included: Glazed & Infused, the West Town Bakery, Doughnut Vault, Longman & Eagle, Fritz Pastry, Endgrain, Berrista, Firecakes and more. 

Get your tickets early. Last year's event sold out in record speed a month before the event. Tickets go on sale Friday December 19th at Noon.
